Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products:
- For public health and customer safety: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened, used, or has had its original packaging removed.
- All tights and socks are considered personal items and cannot be returned after purchase, in accordance with approved e-commerce policies.
Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange:
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order only in the following cases:
- Receiving a completely different product from what was ordered.
- Receiving a damaged product or one with a manufacturing defect.
- The product arriving in the wrong size or color, contrary to what was confirmed in the order.
Conditions for Request Approval:
- The product must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition.
- Providing the order number along with clear photos of the product and the defect or error.
- Contacting us through the "Contact Us" page.
Shipping Fees:
- If the error is on our part: We will cover the full shipping fees.
- In other cases: The customer shall bear the shipping fees for both delivery and return.
