Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products:

• For public health and customer safety: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened, used, or has had its original packaging removed.
• All tights and socks are considered personal items and cannot be returned after purchase, in accordance with approved e-commerce policies.

Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange:

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order only in the following cases:

1. Receiving a completely different product from what was ordered.
2. Receiving a damaged product or one with a manufacturing defect.
3. The product arriving in the wrong size or color, contrary to what was confirmed in the order.

Conditions for Request Approval:

• The product must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition.
• Providing the order number along with clear photos of the product and the defect or error.
• Contacting us through the "Contact Us" page.

Shipping Fees:

• If the error is on our part: We will cover the full shipping fees.
• In other cases: The customer shall bear the shipping fees for both delivery and return.
